1. Title: The 2nd Student International Conference of the International e-Mobility Expo

2. Purpose

• - A Global Challenge for the Future of Mobility Innovation
• - To enable students to explore and propose creative and independent solutions in e-mobility technologies (including EVs, autonomous driving, drones, and eco-friendly mobility) and AI-driven future industries.
• - To provide a platform for discussion on diverse global future industry topics integrated with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

3. Fields: Applied & Convergence Science, Digital & Future Industries, UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) 

4. Eligibility

• Open to all middle and high school students (G7–G12), both domestic and international
• *No nationality restrictions

5. Participation Type

• Individual
• Team (up to 2 members)

6. Competition Schedule: :

• ① First Submission: Abstract — Feb 14 to Feb 28 (Fee: 80,000 KRW)
• ② Announcement of First-Round Results: March 4
• ③ Second Submission: March 4 to March 14 (Fee: 220,000 KRW)
  • *Only for those who pass the first round
  • *Final Paper Deadline: March 20 (early submission accepted)
• ④ Conference Day: March 27 — Presentations and Award Announcement

7. Venue

• First Round: Online (submission via Google Form)
• Final Round: March 27, 14:00–18:00 — Conference & Award Ceremony at Jeju Shinhwa World, E-Mobility Expo Venue

8. How to Apply

• Submit application documents via Google Form (International E-Mobilty X-Challenge - Google Forms)

9. Submission Materials

• A 7–10 page research paper in Korean or English, based on a chosen topic relevant to the category (including ideas, problem-solving, and research). Submit as a PDF file.
• Accepted file formats: hwp, doc
• Fonts: HCR Batang (Korean), Times New Roman (English)
• Font size & line spacing: 12pt, 160%
• The paper must include the following sections:
  • Paper Summary (purpose, significance, research questions, methodology, related literature)
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Related Work
  • The Methods
  • Research and results
  • Conclusion
  • List of references - No required citation style (MLA, APA, or others allowed)
• Use of results derived from datasets is allowed
• Personal Information Consent Form / Agreement Form
• Conference Presentation Slides (PPT) *Displayed on screen during the presentation
• All materials must be submitted via Google Form

10.Final Round

• PPT Presentation (7 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

11. Awards

• - Grand Prize (1 team), Gold Award (1 team), Silver Award (2 teams), Bronze Award (3 teams)
• - Certificates: 
  • Governor of Jeju Province Award
  • President of Jeju National University Award
  • Chairman of JDC (Jeju Free International City Development Center) Award
  • CEO of Jeju Center for Creative Economy & Innovation Award
  • President of KEPCO KDN Award
  • Chairman of the International e-Mobility Expo Award
• *If no paper meets the criteria for a particular award level, the number of awardees may be adjusted, and the award plan may be modified by the Evaluation Committee.
